Pertinent Information: This is a contract position lasting approximately 1-3 months. Potential is there that it may become a full-time role, but at this moment it is strictly a contract. Full-time hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Job Description
The French Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing order assistance and support to customers, District Managers, Applications and Inside Sales and Accounting.
Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:
- Handle direct customer contact, by phone and email, including customer order contracts, quotations and referrals.
- Sales order expediting.
- Communicating pertinent order, product and policy information to internal partners and end users
- Maintaining general awareness of production and other factors affecting scheduling and delivery of orders.
- Processing customer orders and checking for accuracy, availability, and assigning schedule dates to orders.
- Reviewing and coordinating implementation of changes and updates to sales orders.
- Handling serial number inquires.
- Completing/Assisting with shipping paperwork and ship confirmations.
- Assisting as a backup for Inside Sales Applications on basic pump and/or package inquiries.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fully fluent in French and English – both written and verbal. This role will primarily deal with french speaking market.
- Customer service or sales experience in a technical area
- High attention to detail – able to maintain accurate records
- Must be customer focused and know about internal and external customer relationships
- Great organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient with MS Office products including, but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Experience with enterprise resource planning software, preferably JDE
