$22-25/hr depending on experience
Pertinent Information: Full-time, steady day position. Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Temp to perm.
Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative works in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and is responsible for the accurate interpretation of Customer requirements.
Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:
- Receiving customer requirements via EDI / Customer Portals or emails
- Analyzing customer requirements and scheduling accordingly
- Accurately entering customer requirements into the MRP system
- Preparation of customer paperwork
- Arranging freight for delivery to customer
- Answering incoming phone lines and transferring the caller to the appropriate department / person
- Working closely with the Sales team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration
- Must have previous CSR / Logistics experience within a Manufacturing setting
- Previous experience working in a MRP system
- Strong computer skills
