Job Description
Our customer is looking for a Contract Human Resources Generalist with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while also providing general HR support across key functions such as onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Cycle Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and job postings to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Draft, review, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Facilitate interview processes and provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection
- Conduct reference checks and support background check processes
- Prepare and extend employment offers in alignment with company policies
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR programs and policies
- Support employee relations initiatives and performance management processes
- Assist with benefits administration and HRIS updates as needed
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an HR Generalist or Recruiter role with strong full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
