Goudreau Personnel by Swinton is a privately owned full service Staffing & Recruitment Firm, founded in 1994. Sara Swinton started in 1995, and progressed through the various positions within the company. In 1999 she was promoted and trained as a Technical Recruiter, and has been in Account Management and Technical Recruiting ever since. In 2014, Sara purchased and became the proud owner of the company she helped manage and grow throughout the years.
